IoTSI

An IoTSI Facilitator is a person who assists in meeting group objectives by structuring  the discussion and intervening when necessary to improve the effectiveness of the group's processes and outcomes. Facilitators, sometimes called moderators, maintain a neutral approach to topics and issues and serves the whole group in an unbiased manner.

The IoTSI facilitator’s skills are leadership, clear communication, conflict management, risk assessment knowledge, privacy and data protection expertise, In addition, the facilitators should be experienced in delivering the tasks and assessments identified as part of the IoTSI Framework deliverables in an informative, collaborative and consultative manner.
