To support the demand for skilled security and privacy professionals with the required knowledge and background to support the emerging security challenges within IoT- IIOT Smart Cities and Critical Infrastructure domains, the IoT Security Institute is offering a new certification: Smart Cities & Critical Infrastructure Security Professional (SCCISP). Highly experienced security and privacy professionals, who have had a significant role in designing, refining, and/or implementing a Security, Risk and /or Privacy compliance program, can apply for certification as a SCCISP without being required to pass the SCCISP examination.

Nick Espinosa joins the IoTSI as a Specialist Contributor and Advisor. Nick has extensive experience in all matters cyber and is a welcome addition to the crew.
Some brief facts about Nick:
As a member of the Board of Advisors for both Roosevelt University's College of Arts and Sciences as well as their Center for Cyber and Information Security and Bits N’ Bytes Cybersecurity Education, Nick helped to create an NSA certified curriculum that will help the Cybersecurity/Cyberwarfare community to keep defending our government, people and corporations from Cyber threats globally. In 2017 Nick was accepted into the Forbes Technology Council, an invitation-only community for world-class CIOs, CTOs and technology executives, and is a regular contributor of articles which are published on forbes.com as well as smerconish.com.
Corneliu Nitu Ph.D joins e IoTSI as a Specialist Contributor and Advisor.Corneliu is a Security reseacher at Nokia Threat Intelligence Lab. Corneliu's knowledge in an array of sectors will enhance the IoTSI's capability moving forward.

With a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, he has deep knowledge of Intelligent Technologies, which I applied in the development of cutting-edge products. Currently, I’m specializing in researching security architectures where intelligent technologies play the differentiating role.
