This chat was really interesting, because the focus flipped from the Smart City over to the vendor made clear that vendors have a strong role in designing for privacy outcomes in our local governments. But, as Craig points out, the privacy wish-list is not always easy for vendors to bring to the table. It takes hard work and collaboration.
